The BGUA – Our Values

Here at the Byron-Gaines Utility Authority we strive to operate and maintain the water and sewer system with clear values in mind.  We want to make sure that we create and execute a clear and accountable work plan.  While doing so, our goal is to mend, prevent, and extend our system in order to be good stewards of the Township’s resources.  We are concerned with service excellence where common courtesy comes first.  Lastly, we want to make sure we are always seeking continuous improvement with our procedures.
